Please familiarize yourself with the following rules and regulations prior
to visiting Keshet Kennels with your dog.
- All canine participants in group activities are pre‑screened
for sociability skills, responsiveness and compatibility. In order
to participate in our activities and programs, a dog must possess basic
social skills to be able to interact with people and other animals.
- At
any time on the premises, unless under the supervision of an instructor,
or using an authorized play area, all dogs must be leashed and under full
control by the handler. Dogs that are known to have aggressive tendencies
must also be muzzled.
- We require a written record of all
of your dog's vaccinations from your veterinarian, including bordetella
(commonly known as "kennel
cough"), rabies, distemper and parvo. This verification of health
records is very important for your dog's protection as well as for the other
people and dogs at Keshet Kennels. If you are uncertain about your dog's
immunization history and record, please do not hesitate to contact us at inquiries@keshetkennels.com ahead
of time and we will be glad to answer any of your questions.
A copy of your
dogs records will be kept on file.
- We highly recommend that
all dogs using these facilities are on a tick and flea prevention program.
- As
a general rule, all dogs using the facilities at Keshet Kennels must be
spayed or neutered. On a case by case basis we are willing to review exceptions.
However, dogs in heat, or due to go into heat, are not to be brought onto
the property.
- All dog owners using the facilities will be
required to read and sign a Release Form.
- Please note that
there is no smoking ANYWHERE on our premises - indoors or outdoors.
Please address any inquires to inquiries@keshetkennels.com.
